Lean Leaders Meeting at THG: 9/12/17 Recap

The New England Lean Consortium held its September Lean Leaders Meeting at THG, The Hope Group, on September 12th. The attendees were given a great presentation on the THG Lean journey with the opening slide describing many of the benefits THG has gained by being a member of the New England Lean Consortium.

The attendees were then taken on an extensive plant tour which highlighted the improvements made since the last Lean Leaders Meeting in June of 2015. The plant tour was followed by a lively Plus/Delta feedback session. There were numerous Pluses that the attendees saw and liked, and several Deltas or improving ideas that were given to THG.
